About the Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at events, from simple beverages to signature cocktails. You’ll need to keep the bar area clean, maintain inventory, and ensure guests enjoy their drinks while adhering to safety standards.
Requirements
Shifts are published on an on-going basis. Open Shifts can be claimed on a First Come, First Serve basis unless other arrangements have been made. Shifts start 5/1/2025 and go through 12/31/25. Available shifts and hours are not guaranteed.
Basic Job Responsibilities, Requirements, Essentials, and Compensation:
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event.
Assist with bar inventory and supplies management.
Interact with guests, ensuring they have a positive experience
Ensure all guests are following responsible drinking guidelines.
Adhere to state liquor laws and follow house rules.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50lbs on occasion).
Ability to follow a recipe.
Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
A friendly, professional attitude.
Must be available for weekends, afternoons, and evenings.
Ability to work well with teams.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Quickly shift and adapt to changes in the plan.
Essentials
Must be at least 21 years old.
Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience required for all bartenders.
Willingness and Ability to be M.A.S.T. certified.
Compensation
Starting Pay:
$18/hour for bar backs
$20/hour for bartenders
Tips:
All tips get pooled and split between everyone who worked the bar, including bar backs.
