Staffing Services

  • $30/hour per staffer (minimum of 2 staffers required).

  • Ideal for meal service, drink service, setup, and cleanup.

  • Includes parking attendants

Additional Fees

  • Admin Fee: $60 (applies to all bookings).

  • Travel Fee: Based on distance and mileage.

Rentals

  • Chafing Sets: $25 each.

  • Insulated Hot Boxes: $35/$45 depending on size.

  • $750 for 4 hours including 1 bartender and 1 bar back

  • Additional bartenders as needed at $500/each

How Many Staffers Do You Need?

The number of staffers needed depends on your event size, service style, and materials used. Here’s a general guideline:

 

  • Small Events (Up to 50 guests): 2–3 staffers recommended.

  • Medium Events (50–100 guests): 4–6 staffers recommended.

  • Large Events (100–200 guests): 6–8+ staffers recommended, depending on service needs.

Note: These recommendations vary based on the complexity of your event, such as plated meals versus buffet service, or additional services like bartending and shuttle transportation.
