How Many Staffers Do You Need?
The number of staffers needed depends on your event size, service style, and materials used. Here’s a general guideline:

Small Events (Up to 50 guests): 2–3 staffers recommended.

Medium Events (50–100 guests): 4–6 staffers recommended.

Large Events (100–200 guests): 6–8+ staffers recommended, depending on service needs.
